We at MwM always maintain our saying that ~ “It ain’t your regular health & fitness community”. We are trying to revolutionise the way Yoga is taught and fitness is seen amongst our 3000+ students & clients spread across the globe.

MEET MWM

 Hi, I’m Muskan. Mindfulness with Muskan aka MwM is my brainchild. I have been practising Yoga since the age of 14. Back then, my practice was purely driven out of seeking what we call a ‘good figure’ as I was an overweight kid. With my practice, of course, I did get fit but also some magic happened – ‘I FELL IN LOVE WITH YOGA!’ But who knew this hobby 7 years later would also turn my life around, and help me overcome my own mental health issues that we all shared, some part of, during the tough times of COVID. 

Having discovered this profound knowledge of how Yoga can help you get fitter both mentally and physically, and inspired by my own recovery journey, I knew it was my calling, my dharma, to share this truly magical practice around the world. 

I worked upon the idea of building MwM and the rest is history.. Till date, I have taught thousands of students across the world and I truly in all senses, love what I do! To make the teaching wholesome and more practical, I built the Mindfulness Programme. We do practice physical Asanas but also practice mental & emotional exercises too. 

In this journey of helping people lead a more mindful lifestyle , I also realised the importance of healthy eating. As I interacted with thousands of students across the globe, they majorly came with one issue which is to – LOSE WEIGHT!  I got to know the misconceptions people have about what a balanced diet is. Just having ‘ghar ka khana’ may not be the solution to your weight loss or health problems if it is not balanced! 

As for my role as a NUTRITIONIST, me and the MwM team help yogis by providing an adequate diet plan to overcome their weight issues and also teaching them the science of healthy eating. So that our students can turn it into a sustainable lifestyle and empower themselves to make better choices in future too (without the need of a dietician ever).

Overwhelmed with love!

It was an amazing month thanks to Muskan and Astha 🤩 So I would like to share few things that happened this month. I asked my husband 2 days back if he saw any change in me with respect to my reaction to situations or anger wise. He said that I was not holding on to anger these days. I did not “stay in character” even after the heat of the moment was gone 😂 and that was such a surprise for me coz he didn’t know about the theme of the month and all. He saw the difference in me on his own🧿 Also it marks 3 months since I joined MwM and I was at 84.3 kgs when I started. 84-85 is my weight loss plateau which I never seem to cross for the past 7-8 years. Guess what! This month I touched 80.2😭😭😭 first time in like 8-9 years. Also , ✅I see that I am eating when am almost full. I have stopped stuffing myself with food. ✅When it’s junk food I tend to eat less subconsciously ✅I started yoga with actually not liking it. Atleast for a month I attended the classes because I wanted to lose weight and not because I loved doing yoga. Muskan you made fall in love with this form of exercise 😭 I don’t know when that transformation happened it was gradual but these 3 months made it❤️

I’m here to describe my own experience with MwM programme. Whatever I would talk about this program or family it’s always lesser. I am with them approximately more then 6 months, I have learned a lot it’s not only about yoga but always the activities which they have it has really very impactive. Talking about myself before joining MwM, I had been stalking this program and following for 1year and when I got chance to join them without giving thought of mind I joined these programs. I have learned various yoga asanas, and it has really impacted on my health bcz since last 2 years I am suffering with hormonal imbalance issues where I was treated with medicine for 6month, during that time my gync dr suggested me to start with yoga, walking sort of exercises. I started my journey with other yoga programs and it was just one month for me but somehow they stop giving online, meanwhile I started my journey with MwM. It has retreated my living lifestyle. My day started with yoga and ends up with journaling, living the entire day with full energetic and always trying to be happy.I never been before health conscious person. But now I have been learning what’s good or bad to me.

Adding about yoga practice, Muskan a coach guide, she is fantastic, always boosting in the sessions, even correcting the postures. My journey with MWM started last year.. It's been more than 6-7 months since I am with MWM.. I can tell you the amount of changes I have seen in my body in terms of strength and flexibility, and mobility is beyond my expectations.. I had no clue that I could improve so much in the asanas so fast.. Being a complete beginner it is a really big deal for me.. and its all because of team MwM and their hard work.. Hi all, so I joined the MwM program on January 2nd as my new year's resolution, which was to be regular in yoga. I can tell this is my only new year's resolution, which is still continuing and will continue. I am 100% sure.
