ONLINE YOGA

What style of yoga is taught at MwM?

We teach multi-disciplinary styles in our classes as we believe each style of yoga comes with different learning. But the dominant style stays – Ashtanga and Vinyasa flows. We take Hatha, Yin, Restorative and fusion styles such as – CardYoga, YogaLates, Iron Yoga from time to time.

How many yoga classes will be there per week?

We take ~19 classes per week at different timings. You can attend unlimited classes up till your subscription validity 🙂 To know more about timings and days of different batches, click here.

What if I missed a class?

Don’t worry! We offer recordings of every class. You can either practise on your own via recording or join a different batch for that day.

What if I miss one whole week of classes, can my subscription be extended?

There will be no extension of subscriptions. Recordings will be available to catch up on missed classes (till the time your subscription is valid).

How long does my yoga subscription last?

A monthly yoga subscription lasts 4 weeks! Check out our various subscription plans here.

I have a previous injury; can I still practise yoga?

Please consult with a doctor or physical therapist to get an all clear before you start up any physical activity. Or you can connect with us to let us know about your condition

Can I get a free trial?

Which level of class should I join, beginner/intermediate/advanced?

We always suggest our students start their journey with a beginners batch only so that none of our class will be very overwhelming for you. Once you are comfortable and good enough to level up, we will shift you to an intermediate/advanced batch. But still for the sake of convenience, if you can practise asanas like – headstand, wheel pose, splits.. Intermediate batch should be good for you 🙂

How are online classes conducted?

All classes are held via Zoom.

What is the monthly fees for yoga classes?

It’s 2,100/- for 4 week. To know more about the various subscription plans, follow this link.

How many students are there in a batch?

On an average, there are 10-20 people per batch. Don’t worry, you will get proper support and guidance throughout the class. If however you felt otherwise, you can always connect with our head instructor with the issues faced and we’d aim to resolve it in the next session. Can I join even if I’m older than the other students?

Yes. Age is not a limiting factor. We have students ranging from 16-50+ years in our classes. It’s never too late to invest in your fitness journey.

When will my subscription start?

Your subscription starts from the next day you are added into our Whatsapp community group (once you complete the payment process).

Is diet included in yoga classes?

No! Nutrition cannot be one size fits all. It needs personal guidance as per your body type, your goals and lifestyle. Hence, diet plans are part of personalised health coaching only. Click here to check the various plans.

What is the language used while teaching the class?

The primary language used in the class is English. But is well supported by use of Hindi as well.

Who will conduct the class?

As of now, Muskan is the only Yoga and Nutrition coach at MwM. Know about your coach!

Will I be able to learn advanced asanas?

As you progress through the classes, you will be learning more and more advanced asanas. We also offer workshops on weekends to tackle inversions, backbends, balancing postures etc.

Will I be able to lose/gain weight via classes?

You cannot gain weight by practising the sessions as gaining weight purely depends on your nutrition! You may or may not lose weight with the classes as this parameter is also 80% determined by your nutrition. Check out our nutrition plans if you wish to work upon your physique transformation!

NUTRITION COACHING

Are yoga classes included in the Nutrition program?

No. Yoga and health coaching are separate programs with different subscriptions. We however do guide you and prepare custom workout plans for you under the health coaching service!

What does the nutrition program include?

The nutrition program includes everything that is needed for you to transform your body. We provide customised meal plans, workout plans, follow-up calls, assessments, assignments, WhatsApp support with your coach. We would work upon the minutest of details like – monitoring your sleep, hydration, habit formation and so much more… We also teach you the science behind weight loss (teaching concepts like calorie counting, reading nutrition labels, understanding macros, etc.) and all required variables to monitor and sustain your journey.

How quickly will I see results from the health coaching?

Weight loss/ weight gain differs from person to person and varies according to your gender, age, physical activity etc. Each journey with each client is different! To give an exact answer to your question, I’d need to get on a call with you. Feel free to check out the various testimonials and transformation journeys here.

Can I just get meal plans without the health coaching part?

Yes. Meal plans are available as a one-time purchase. We always suggest you to initially work under the guidance of an expert coach. But If you feel you are motivated enough to follow things on your own and just need the meal prep guidance, Please click here to know more.

In how many days I can get started with my health coaching?

Once you enrol with us, we schedule an assessment call with you. Post assessing your lifestyle, our head nutritionist will prepare your plan within 2-3 working days and then we can get started on our transformation journey.

Who will consult me?

All our current clients are directly handled by our head nutritionist Muskan. Know more about her.

Can I use the same meal plan for my friends and family?

That is not something we recommend. We at MwM strongly believe in bio-individuality. Everyone is unique, and no two people are alike. One man’s food is another man’s poison. If the meal plan is shared by the client, MwM won’t be accountable for any damage/harm done.

Which program should I choose?

We always propose a 12 weeks plan for any client. Reason is simple: we must have neglected our bodies for so many years to reach the current state we are in. Now to rectify the situation, one must give a commitment of at least a few months to see the progress! Additionally, if you wish to gauge what the meal plan looks like and whether or not you’re able to follow the meal plan with discipline, you can take up the 6 weeks plan!

Is it necessary to get the blood work done?

This is not mandatory. However, if you have any results/reports available from the last 3 months then please share the same with your nutritionist at the time of your assessment call. If any/additional blood work is required, then the same will be communicated to you during your consultation call.

Do you cater to vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike?

Yes! Your food preferences are kept well in mind while making the plan. Your nutritionist will ask you exhaustive questions to understand all about your food likes and dislikes to make the plan sustainable for you. After all, sustainability is one of MwM’s most important core values!

What kinds of diet plans you give?

It isn’t essential to be on a specific diet which restricts a particular food group. At MwM, our core principle is sustainability! We always strive to make a plan for you that wouldn’t feel like you are on a special diet but it would still help you reach your goals

Do I need to join a gym or will I be provided any support on exercising as well?

There is no need to join a gym (if you don’t want to), though we will encourage you to do so if this is what you enjoy. We will also provide you with home-based workouts or other types of exercise depending on your schedule and abilities.

How often will my diet plan be changed?

Your plan will be changed as and when required depending upon your progress and how you are enjoying it. We can always update the plan with some of your favourite foods or if you find it difficult to consume something.

How will we monitor the progress?

There are a few parameters:

  • Body Weight 
  • Inch Loss
  • Before/After Pictures
  • Change in energy levels, strength, stamina

GENERAL

What is the refund policy?

There is no refund policy. All sales are final. Once payment is completed, there will be no refunds or extensions

Can I join any programme even if I’m not staying in India?

Yes. All our programmes are completely online and can be availed from the comforts of your own home. We have 100 + students/clients  joining from outside India every day.

Can men join your programme?

Absolutely yes! Though we are dominantly a women led community but we do have a safe learning space for men as well.

MINDFULNESS PROGRAMME

What does the mindfulness program include?

We give tasks to be completed daily (Journalling, meditating, gratitude practice. tracking your water or protein intake etc). Those who do well in these tasks will get the chance to be the weekly or monthly winner and win exciting prizes and offers! These tasks were designed with the intention to make your day a little more mindful. Check out out all details here!

What kind of tasks are given?

We practise very basic tasks working upon multiple aspects such as: Self Nutrition, Movement, Mental Health, etc. Task completion will not take much time but it will help you to stay mindful throughout the day. Here are some sample tasks completed by our students!

Where do I send the completed tasks?

We have an inhouse team who brainstorms every task and theme of the batch and the team themselves send the task to the group and keep an eye for all the queries. You will be asked to share your completed task screenshots in our whatsapp community group

How are the weekly Winners and Yogi of the Month decided?

Our team checks if all the tasks and challenges are completed or not and whoever is the most consistent with the task and had attended most live classes is declared as the winner. If we have more than one eligible winner, then we may have multiple winners or a lucky draw may be called. Check out our previous winners here!
