How MWM came to be...

The story of how MwM was born is one of hard work, dreams, serendipity and passion. It’s the story of how a community came to be. And it all starts with Muskan, our founder.

With over 10 years of experience practising Yoga, and being into fitness, Muskan enjoys serving the global wellness community. Her dedication to yoga as a practice shines through her signature method that helps yogis from all levels uncover the range of their abilities. During this journey, Muskan’s passion also developed in Nutrition as she wanted her students to reach the epitome of best health! 

Our signature Mindfulness Programme was built keeping in mind the emotional & mental turmoil people face in their daily lives. It heals, it inspires, it connects you back to your soul; as it did the same for Muskan for overcoming her own mental health challenges during the COVID19 pandemic!


Having experienced all that the yoga & nutrition industry has to offer, Muskan founded MwM to be a haven for yogis all around the world. Her biggest hope is that we can all do what we love, while always remembering to love what we do; and make Yoga & Healthy eating a SUSTAINABLE LIFESTYLE!.

MEET MUSKAN

Hi, I’m Muskan! I have shared all about why I built this beautiful community but let me also share a bit more about myself! I am a graduate in Economics from Delhi University. After completing my graduation, I worked in the corporate sector too. But the whole culture of sitting in front of a screen throughout the day suffocated me and brought negative effects on my health specially as it was ‘work-from-home’ – back pain, low mood, depressed feelings, lack of movement, etc. But my yoga practice kept me sane during the tough times of the pandemic. Having realised how helpful Yoga practice can be in taking care of one’s health, I knew practising & teaching Yoga is my calling, my dharma, my true passion, and hence I never looked back! My quest for learning more about the field, led me to pursue multiple certifications in Yoga as well as Nutrition.

As a child, I was always fond of academics, reading books, participating in co-curriculars, being on stage, basically everything new excited me and it does till today… I was the House Captain, the Head Girl of my school, so leading teams & building communities have always been a passion. I love public speaking and I’m an active Toastmaster (probably this is why teaching classes to even hundreds of students at times have never given me any anxiety :)) I have always been fascinated with the world of beauty pageants. In 2021, I was Miss Rajasthan 3RU and in 2022, I finished in Top 6 placement at Miss Earth india! I also participated in a youth reality show – Roadies. I have hosted a Yoga TV Show, called – ‘Fit Rahega India’. 

By now, you must have understood I’m a bit on the crazy side of living. I am passionate about several things in life and I always go after them. Biggest passion being – helping people transform their lives through yoga and healthy eating. And that’s why I chose this as my career…

Future goals? I wish to connect with millions of people around the world, transform them, provide Yoga teacher trainings, wellness retreats, build the biggest health community ever where each one inspires one and MwM is definitely a stepping stone to that dream…

MEET TEAM MWM

Astha Goyal

As our first hire, Astha has been Muskan’s right hand ever since MwM started. She’s in charge of our Mindfulness Programme. You’ll hear from Astha everyday as she comes up with beautiful practices and tasks to help us in our mindfulness journey. Whatever day it may be, rain or not, weekday or weekend, we can expect to hear from Astha. She’s a constant presence and a source of motivation when we feel lacking. She’s always there to make our day a little better

Priyanka is our in-house Pre & Post Natal Yoga teacher as she expertises in this teaching style. She is well qualified and certified especially in the mentioned field. Priyanka empathises with her students’ beautiful journey towards motherhood and creates an atmosphere in the class helping the mom-to-be develop a deeper bond with her baby and prepare for labour. She equally expertises in the recovery of women in postpartum

Sanchi is in charge of taking care of student subscriptions, renewals, and tracking their attendance in our classes. We believe in holding our students’ hands to make them actively participate in our classes. And Sanchi is that motivating force at MWM

Diksha is a well qualified and certified Nutritionist. She works closely with Muskan and all our Nutrition clients to help them stay accountable in their fitness journey because the journey always gets easier when you have more helping hands!
