At Mwm, we are not only committed to keeping you physically healthy but also mentally active and present. Our Mindfulness program is well integrated with our yoga classes to give you the clarity and peace of mind needed to stick to your goals.
Are yoga classes done for the day? Don’t worry, we have daily mindfulness tasks for you as well!
The concept is simple. Every week, we have a different theme – a different aspect of your mental well-being to focus on, such as how to tackle negative thoughts, control anger, not let jealousy ruin our lives, and love our own bodies.
Keeping this in mind, we have perfectly curated some daily tasks for you to complete. The tasks can include journaling, monitoring your water intake, decluttering your workspace, and can vary day to day. We encourage our students to complete the tasks with the intention of getting better and moving a little bit closer to triumphing over the week’s theme.

The real reward is in the improvements you’ll definitely start to see within yourself over time…but to make things a little sweeter, we have weekly and monthly winners! Whoever ends up being the most consistent in doing their tasks and goals for the week will be crowned that week’s winner, and everyone who ends up on the scoreboard will get a chance to win exciting
prizes and rewards. At the end of the month, we’ll be counting scores across the four weeks, and whoever did the best (our yogi of the month) gets rewards plus a good percentage off on their next subscription!
