Let’s understand that just exercising is not enough and would never be, if your nutrition is not right. For all your health goals, be it losing/gaining weight, managing lifestyle disorders like PCOD/PCOS, Thyroid, BP, Diabetes, etc., you cannot leave healthy eating out of the window and expect results!
That’s why we introduced Nutrition Coaching as a program to serve our community better and more wholesomely.
If you’ve tried everything but are still unable to lose stubborn fat, then this is the plan for you! You will be working with Muskan and our assistant Nutritionist to kickstart your weight loss journey – which is sustainable in the long run, in spite of your busy lifestyle.
Eating mindfully and in a calorie surplus is a must for gaining weight. Through this programme, we will help you gain the right kind of weight, proportionally, at the right places. (You will also need to workout to see the best results!)
At times, new moms can face tremendous pressure to bounce back to their pre-pregnancy weight. We are here to help you achieve the same, while also being mindful of how overwhelming it can be for new mommies to take time out for themselves.
PCOS/PCOD, Diabetes, BP, Thyroid, etc., are the most common lifestyle disorders throughout the world. We can help you manage them by making some healthy changes in diet, sleep, exercise, etc. Additionally, we can also work upon losing weight and becoming healthier.

Less than 18.5 – Underweight
18.5-25 – Healthy Weight
25-30 – Overweight
Above 30 – Obese
Note: Calculating BMI isn’t a very holistic measure of one’s health but is good to just eyeball
The BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) calculator helps you understand how many calories your body burns on average while at rest. BMR with your activity factor gives you the approximate number of calories, or TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure), that your body needs to consume to remain at status quo (no change in weight)
